We want to do our part to help empower females so they can see their ideas through, which is why we are creating the Woo.io Female Entrepreneur Program to support the empowerment of women entrepreneurs by helping them seamlessly hire tech talent to join their team.
We have heard more and more stories about the obstacles that women face in the tech industry. Drawing on our experience and conversations with female technology leaders from all over the world, we strongly believe in investing in the success of women-owned technology businesses. Our data shows that compared to men, women account for only 9% percent of the Silicon Valley executives, despite the fact that women-led companies perform three times better than those with male CEOs.

What you need to participate
